Strange Search Behavior of Google

From last couple of weeks i am observing Strange Search Behavior of Google, When i check ranking for a keyword my website is showing in second page, but when i hit search button again it shows at top 5, Is it possible that google is displaying results from different servers both the time? Is any body else experiencing same?

Yes, there would be more competitive websites which are all like your website and all of them are making effort to be on the first.
