Is there a search facility to look at Yahoo profiles that ar

Is there a way of searching for profiles in Yahoo like there is in MSN. In MSN there is an easy search facility that enables you to search for profiles of people you might know. Is the same thing possible on Yahoo? I assume there must be as you can set privacy levels on your own profile.

There is yahoo personals, but it did not have set up to search by a user ID is because Personals is focused on meeting new people rather than looking up people you already know.
