Updating website cache daily

As i am updated my website's pages on daily basis. Our business rely on our website. But google do not cache my website daily. He took my site randomly some time once a month or sometime once in a two month. Can someone tell me that what is the procedure to tell google that update my website cache on daily basis. Because bbc, cnn , cricket website are updating on daily basis. Please guide me in this matter.
