I want to verify my blog using google webmaster?

however they ask me to use a meta tag between the first head sections in the code. I use blogger. How do insert the code? Help please.i know i have to put it under the head code, but what does that code look like, there are several of them that I see

Please check this guide:

Would be better using the meta-tag method if you're new to this. make sure you get it in the <header> and copy all the text.
