Your Alexa rank has nothing to do with getting sitelinks. You get sitelinks when you've built trust and authority in your industry, and when Google believes that showing sitelinks will add value to searchers.
You can't control when you get sitelinks. It's completely automated. But once you do get sitelinks, you can use Google Webmaster Tools to remove certain links from showing up as sitelinks.
