What codes or programming languages do webmasters use?

I got a job offer as a webmaster and know the basic knowledge of how to build a page and put it on the net from my CIS degree. I was wondering if anyone knows if I would be required to use something other than HTML or if I would use software like Frontpage to build them? I know it is different for each job, but I am looking for a general concensus. Thanks in advance!

Normally a good webmaster, have to know: Php, css, java(javascript) sometimes perl, actionscript, etc.
Those are the most useful languages on web programming.
