What is SandBox??

Hello,

I heard that Sandbox can be used to create more backlinks. Which will in turn help my site to get listed on top in the search engines. But how do i use this? Also, How do i get out of this sandbox in case i want to get rid of it in the future?

Experts - Please assist me...
