Whats wrong with my SEO?

I have over 500 backlinks. Proper meta tags, decent structure.. yet in a search for my top keywords I don't show. "skateboarding lesson"

It's not that competitive. What's wrong with my site? Should I be redesign my website with new keywords and tage?
