Which keyword is more profitable ?

Hi friends,
Can you please tell me which keywords is more profitable? Should I target the site for keyword "SEO" or keyword "SEO Services". I ask because SEO has much more searches than seo services according to overture. I also want to know if a site can rank one for keyword "seo" than would it be a breeze to rank for keyword "SEO services"?

Use different variations, as the SEO keyword is most used. Can be:

28 seo elite
27 chicago seo
27 polite seo
27 seo services uk
26 what is seo
22 advanced seo services
22 black hat seo
22 ethical seo

These are the ones with less density.
