Which Linux eCommerce / Website Software is the most functional?

I currently use ipcop on a old computer at home and it is good. I need a website that I can make a cool looking interface and then have a strong backend so I can list products and have it organized.

you should look into bigcommerce.com - its a hosted solution and they even offer a free plan so you really cant lose. Functionality and feature wise, it is one of the best in the industry and even better, they always update their software so you never have to worry about an outdated store.
