Why does it keep re-directing me to a site called Bing inste

Each time I go to log into my Hotmail it keeps sending me to a site called Bing. It wont even let me get to the sign in page to log into my e-mail account, it just keeps taking me in circles. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know why this may be happening?
