Yahoo Directory Submission- Error

Hi All,

While submitting the site in the directory we are getting an error message as "unable to transact with payment server, please try again later". But as far as we are concerned there is no problem with our credit card. We have been trying to make payment through our credit card for the past two days and still having the issue.

Can anyone explain the reason for this error?
