Yahoo directory is not free,it is paid. DMOZ is free directory.

I wish it was free, but unfortunately no it's not free, you have to pay around 300 to be on there
I think that's just a little too much, considering the fact that you can get better services for around that price that can do more than yahoo if you get your link on there
