Yahoo Search Review Form Same As Trash Bin?

The most recent news that Yahoo Search seems dead is that the Yahoo Search URL review form seems to have no one on the other side.

One SEO recently gave the form a try and posted his distaste for the response. He basically said he received an automated message back that was of no use. His site was banned, Yahoo says to use the form to send the re inclusion request to them and then they don't have anyone look at it?
